Purpose and Benefits: Specially formulated for feeding koi and goldfish in spring and autumn water conditions. Contains stabilized vitamin C and a complement of important vitamins and minerals to help maintain the immune system of pond fish. Directions for use: 1. When water temperature is cool, 42 F to 70 F 6 C to 21 C, feed pond fish two to four times a day, in amounts no greater than they can consume within a few minutes. The floating pellets quickly soften so that even small fish can feed with ease. 2. Spring & Autumn Pond Food can be used during the summer months to add variety to the diet of pond fish and to bring fish to the water's surface for inspection or display. Because Spring & Autumn Pond Food is a reduced-protein formulation, ammonia build-up from extra feedings need not be a concern. 3. This product can also be used in the summer when adding new fish to a pond, thereby preventing increased ammonia while the pond's biological filter adjusts to the greater fish load.
